We want you to love it. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll fix it.

We offer refunds for:

• Orders we got wrong
• Items that arrived damaged or defective 

You've got 30 days from purchase to flag it. Email us at  irenastudio.creative@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of what happened — no essay required.
