Processing
Orders are typically ready to ship within 2–5 business days. During peak periods it may take a little longer — we're working on it, not ignoring you.

Delivery
Once it's on its way, expect 4–8 business days depending on where you are and which shipping method you picked at checkout.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number when your order ships. Refresh it as many times as you need. We're not watching.

Payment
Checkout is fully encrypted and secure. Your card details are safe — we're in the business of sarcastic pet apparel, not data collection.

A note on timing: delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and the general chaos of the universe are outside our control. The Unbothered Pug has made peace with this. We suggest you do too.
